Without appointment - with certificate - free of charge

Please bring for the Digital Immunization Record:

• your vaccination records
• your identity card

Please bring for the recovery certificate:

• Positive PCR result from a laboratory, a physician, or a testing site or center
OR
• Medical certificate (if this contains information on the type of test (PCR) and test date)
OR
• Certificate of segregation (if it contains information on test type (PCR) and test date)
OR
• other certificates from authorities (provided they contain information on the type of test (PCR) and test date)
AND
• your identity card

With the Digital Immunization Record or Convalescent Certificate, you can easily prove your immunization status via QR code and in the CovPass app on your phone.

Immune card: On request, we can also provide you with the immune card in credit card format (€9.90; approx. 1 week delivery time to your home). With this you can prove your vaccination status without a mobile phone. The Immune Card is valid throughout the EU. https://immunkarte.de
