CallmyApo

You can now use the free CallmyApo app to order medications from anywhere at any time. Simply install the app on your smartphone and select the Internationale Ludwigs-Apotheke as your standard pharmacy.

Ludwig's courier service and shipping

For orders over €50, your products – excluding prescription drugs – will be delivered to your home or office anywhere inside the A99 autobahn ring for free on the same day. A fee of €9.95 will be charged for delivery of orders less than €50.

Medications, cosmetics and many other items can be shipped within Germany, the EU and worldwide. Delivery time in Germany takes three working days. Other delivery times differ depending on the country. Please ask us for details.

Payment options

Our pharmacy not only offers a large selection of medicines and other products, you can also choose from a variety of payment options.

Tax Free

International customers shopping in Germany can reclaim the VAT on their purchases at the end of their trip – and save up to 14.5% of the purchase price. The international Ludwigs pharmacy has all the required documents on-hand and we will gladly help you fill out the forms!

You've just become a mother and need to use a breast pump? Thanks to our parent-friendly opening hours, you can come in at almost any time of day. We would be happy to lend you a breast pump – and provide help or advice.
